The President Express train was used before 
only for government trips. 
Carriages were designed and built in the 50s and 70s.
They were taken by former USSR leaders 
Khroutchev, Brezhnev, Gromyko, Andropov.

Train has six sleeping carriages, containing private compartment with twin upper and lower beds, and a built-in washbasin with hot and cold running water. During the day, compartment are converted into comfortable saloons, with lower sleeping berths made up into couches. Each sleeping carriages has two toilets plus one shower and own changing compartment, located next to one another in the middle of each cars. 

There two dining cars, beautifully decorated with inlaid wood paneling, with meal service 
of fine china and crystal. 
Passengers can be accommodated at one sitting. 
The cuisine on board is Continental and Russian. 
In addition, there is a bar carriage that is a pleasant place to hear lectures, or to sit and watch the passing scenery.

Saloon-cars of "President Express" is a luxurious hotel on wheels for 5-7 persons which includes a conference hall and an excellent office with a kitchen and bath-room.
