NIOE was created in Belgium in 1883. It was considered to be
a triumph of scientific thought. Francis-Joseph
(Austria-Hungary), Carol the First (Romania), Queen
Elisabeth II (United Kingdom), French President Charles de
Gaulle, famous Marlene Dietrich and Jean Marais, well-known
writers Honore de Balzak, Ahatha Christie (novel "Murder in
the Orient Express"),Graham Green and Mata-Hari were
passengers of historical train.
